Mini car chassis 1977 – kit from LEGO® bricks

It was 1977 when LEGO released its first large Technic kit – the car chassis no. 853. At the time (yes, I'm that old!) I even owned two of them, but I lost both of them in the "turmoil of life".

Disappeared, yes, but never forgotten and appropriately mourned. After all, the chassis is no longer available today or only at exorbitantly high prices. So I set to work building a mini version of this LEGO milestone. And because it worked so well with one, three more were added. Now I have all four of the big Technic models from back then in my range as my very own Brick Translator mini version.
