Having been hired as Lizzy's personal assistant, I joined The Brick Translator to put my administrative and writing skills to work for the team.

Heidi Schneider – Mediation / Conflict Management

My name is Heidi Schneider and I come from Switzerland. As a psychologist with extensive experience in mediation and conflict resolution, I work as a mediator within The Brick Translator.

My most important achievements include international mediation efforts during my time at a Swiss peace organisation and the successful resolution of numerous conflicts through open communication and active listening.

I wanted to leverage my language skills to support Ralf's mission and contribute to the growth of a forward-thinking company.

I joined The Brick Translator because I wanted to use my conflict resolution skills to support Ralf's mission. I saw it as an opportunity to contribute my expertise and help grow an innovative company.

Helga Schmidt – Legal Advisor

I am Helga Schmidt, a lawyer specializing in intellectual property rights, and I am a legal advisor and part of The Brick Translator team.

For over twenty years I worked successfully as a lawyer in Hamburg, continuously developing my skills and handling a large number of complex legal disputes.

I joined the FREIHEIT project, which has close ties to The Brick Translator, driven by my deep conviction that freedom is a basic human right fortified by creativity, education, and community.

My tangible skills include fluency in English, German and Norwegian, years of experience in legal services and a proven ability to handle different cultural contexts.

Kenzo Katsuragi – Innovation / Research & Development

I am the Innovation/R&D Manager at The Brick Translator, responsible for integrating cutting-edge technology into the platform. My role involves researching emerging trends, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing innovative features that enhance user experience.

With a strong background in computer science, I have successfully led teams in developing innovative software solutions. Prior to joining The Brick Translator, I worked at two major Japanese electronics companies, where I honed my skills in game development and AI-powered entertainment.

I joined The Brick Translator because I believe in harnessing technology to bridge cultural gaps. My motivation stems from a desire to see people connect across languages and borders.

With a degree in Computer Science from a renowned Japanese university, I bring a unique blend of technical expertise and linguistic proficiency to The Brick Translator. My skills include programming languages such as Python and C++, as well as fluency in Japanese, English, and Mandarin.

Lizzy Anderssen – PA to Ralf, the MD

Freelance translator specializing in French–English translations, currently residing in Paris. Within The Brick Translator, I am Ralf’s Personal Assistant.

Successfully translated numerous documents for clients worldwide, honing my linguistic skills and adapting to diverse cultural contexts.
