Lockheed-Martin F-35 Lightning II – kit from LEGO® bricks

The Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) project is a technical and strategic alliance of various Western states and was launched in 1993. Its most presentable result is the F-35 Lightning II fighter aircraft. Apparently too many cooks do not always spoil the broth.

The stealth multi-role combat aircraft is not only particularly aerodynamic, but is also designed in such a way that its heat radiation can hardly be detected by the enemy. It first took to the air in 2006 and has been in series production by the US manufacturer Lockheed Martin since 2011. The F-35 is available in three basic versions:

• as F-35A, a conventional take-off and landing aircraft,
• as an F-35B it can take off short and land vertically,
• as the F-35C it is used on aircraft carriers.

Our model represents variant C, which differs from A and B mainly in that it has a larger wing area and foldable wing tips. If you would like to add the other variants to your collection, please feel free to contact us.
