First introduced in 2015 and still in production today, the Ferrari 488 is a modern vehicle, but certainly not designed for everyday use. The number of newly registered vehicles of this type each year is in the low three-digit range, but the trend is rising.
The model name is derived from the displacement of one of the eight cylinders. 670 horsepower are hidden in the engine compartment, and the top speed is 330 kilometers per hour. The one-and-a-half ton sports car needs just three seconds to go from zero to 100 km/h.
The GTB stands for Gran Turismo Berlinetta and refers to the predecessor 458 Berlinetta, which the 488 resembles in some respects. The coupe is joined by the convertible version called Spider.
- Number of original LEGO® bricks: 284
