English language and EU added as market

I have now started to make the website available in English. Apart from the texts on the kits and two of the legal texts, everything is readable in English. I will add the missing texts bit by bit over the next few days.
I have also now enabled the option to place orders from other EU countries and to get them delivered. The rest of the world will follow shortly.
